Are you looking for a flexible study job where you can use your academic knowledge from your studies while gaining valuable experience with patient contact?

We are looking for a dentist or dental student for our newly established call support, where you will be an important part of the contact with patients across our clinics.

You can also be a trained clinic assistant who wants to supplement the hours of your current job.

The Job

As a student assistant, you will have a central role in:

• Contacting patients and helping them book appointments
• Following up on existing bookings through service calls
• Ensuring a high quality in patients' experience of their contact with the clinic

The job gives you the opportunity to use your knowledge of treatment types and patient processes in practice, while developing your communication skills.

The position is for approximately 8 hours per week, spread over several days, typically in the time frame of 17-21. You will work from one of our clinics and remotely from home with a PC provided.

Who Are You?

• You are studying to become a dentist or dental hygienist
• You are approachable and good at building trust in conversations
• You are eager to strengthen your skills in communication and patient contact
• You have an understanding of treatment processes and can convey them warmly, clearly, and professionally
