Lead the corporate technical services and innovation teams to provide technical assurance and opportunity identification based upon robust data computational processes across the entire business technical value stream for SSR Management, Inc. Manage innovation initiatives and technical assurance. Evaluate emerging engineering technology for suitability and value creation within company operations. Contribute to the evaluation of engineering technology and innovation during study and project development. Develop and implement the innovation strategy and roadmap. Application of engineering technology to drive efficiency, productivity and increase sustainability. Develop and implement a framework that provides relevant, data driven insight for decision making at all levels of the organization. Establish operational technology standards that support future growth and innovation. Contribute to company growth objectives by providing guidance and advice for growth target evaluation and the application of technology during strategy development. Provide input into M&A activities as requested. Coordinate with resource definition groups for mine development including strategic planning. Coordinate with exploration groups for metallurgical test work program scoping, management, quality control and interpretation of results. Provide technical assurance of site process performance and coaching of site metallurgy/processing teams. Provide input into the process design for capital projects. Identify opportunities and provide technical assistance to the operational excellence function. Provide technical assurance of site mine operations performance and coaching of site teams.

Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering or closely related Engineering field. 10 years of experience in position offered or as Mining Manager. Experience must include at least 10 years of working knowledge of: All phases of international underground and open pit mining including exploration, design, planning, development, and operations; emerging mining technologies; operational technology standards; technical assurance; strategic planning; operational readiness; and infrastructure design and project management for capital projects. Travel required up to 20% of work schedule to undetermined domestic & international locations.
