Within the Division of Motor Vehicles, (DMV), The Vehicle Services Unit exists to ensure compliance with the laws that govern the vehicle title and registration process as outlined in the Colorado Revised Statute and rules and regulations that delineate the vehicle title and registration functions set forth in the Colorado Code of Regulations, the International Registration Plan and in accordance with DPPA requirements. This position is primarily an on-site position. Employee may be required, on occasion, to work from home for brief periods of time. In such instances staff member will be responsible to provide and maintain a home office or other suitable remote work location as well as internet and a secure Wi-Fi connection. All performance expectations, productivity, and policy adherence requirements apply to remote work from home in exactly the same manner as they are to employees who are currently on site. The Vehicle Services Unit is seeking a Vehicle Services Clerk (Administrative Assistant II) to ensure all applications for vehicle titles and registrations are issued pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes, rule and federal law, the International Registration Plan and motor vehicle record searches are completed in accordance with DPPA requirements.
