Systems Support Spec Associate

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2450 Peoria (Colorado) Department: UCHlth IT Serv Desk EPIC SPT FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $24.68 - $37.03 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Summary: Provides training, support and troubleshooting to assist end users with their use of designated software systems across multiple system applications and interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). Provides analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assigned system(s).
  • Documents end user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences. Consults with all clinic/dept roles to train, and reinforce workflow. Assists clinics with documentation to meet program and government requirements.
  • Collaborates on reporting requests, including creating reports or writing specifications for custom reports.
  • Learns and forms relationships with other resources to help ensure I.T. functionality and accessibility.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1 year in current job family or equivalent position.
  • Preferred: Formal college education Epic experience IT troubleshooting Call center experience Customer service experience
