The Service Contract Renewal Supervisor leads a team of 5 and plays a key part in driving operational excellence, team engagement, and achievement of sales and service goals. You will partner each day cross-functionally to drive impact as the go-to expert for escalations and enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with our Service Contract Renewal Manager, you will support team development, fostering collaboration and executing on strategic initiatives. This position is a part of the North America Commercial Service team located in Loveland, Colorado and will be onsite.
1+ Years experience in a leadership role
3+ Years experience with service contracts, renewals, and/or sales
BA or BS degree in Business or Management, or equivalent experience preferred
Demonstrate experience utilizing Excel to create reports
Experience in systems such as Oracle, CEP, Contracts module, Salesforce.com, and Service Max

US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
