Sr. Software Engineer

Job Title

Manage the budgets and timelines for projects. Lead and mentor solution delivery team. Design and develop solutions using the software development cycle. Develop technical documents and conduct customer training. Participate in product planning and technology evaluation. Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Work with the Portfolio Program Management team to rapidly deliver JIRA updates that benefits quarterly deliverables to measure progress, prioritizing and planning in advance, continuous planning and domain reviews. Work with Jira filters, report dashboard & field. Responsible for the successful delivery of customer projects. Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical audiences. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.

Position Requirements: Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field plus two years of experience in any position/title providing experience with JIRA.

Special Requirements: Qualifying experience must include experience with JIRA. Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. 4 will be offered. The employer is in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for clients in various states throughout the country. Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometime take days, weeks, months or years. Hence, the beneficiary may have to either travel or relocate to these client sites depending on the duration of the project. Therefore, the employer has clearly indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the US with expenses paid by the employer.
