Journeyman Service Plumber

We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Service Plumber to join our growing team! If you're skilled, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of your workday, this role offers excellent pay, perks, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

• Respond to daily service calls and provide thorough inspections and accurate diagnoses
• Present solutions, estimates, and close service sales
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures (sinks, toilets, tubs, water heaters, disposals, dishwashers, water softeners, etc.)
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning in various environments (basements, roofs, confined spaces, tight quarters)
• Restore each worksite to pre-job conditions
• Prepare invoices, collect payments, and communicate warranty information via company smartphone
• Move directly to the next call after completion and payment

What You Bring

• Valid driver's license
• 5+ years of plumbing service and repair experience
• Journeyman plumbing license
• Ability to sell plumbing services and products
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required — We Provide Support)

• Excavation Certification (OSHA Competent Person Training within 1 year)
• Backflow Certification (training supported)
• OSHA‑10 Certification (training supported)
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Experience with gas, electric, and tankless water heaters
• Drain cleaning and sewer line expertise
• Familiarity with PVC, cast iron, copper, and common fixture types
• Friendly, approachable, outgoing demeanor

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
