Secret C++ Or Java Software Engineer

Job Opportunity

Insight Global is looking for multiple Software Engineers to join a client in the government contract space, to sit onsite at the client's Aurora, CO location. The Software Engineer's responsibilities will include supporting the design, coding, test, and integration of software. The qualified candidate will be involved with all phases of the software development life cycle including software requirements analysis, use case support, software architecture analysis, detailed design, software builds, generating test plans, ensuring code meets requirements through thorough unit testing, updating technical documents, software integration support, problem detection, and resolving discrepancy reports. In addition to working with other software disciplines, our developers are exposed to various technologies (varies by program) with a strong focus on Satellite and Ground Systems. Compensation: $55/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements:

• Current active Secret Clearance or Higher
• B.S. Degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of work experience
• Experience with Java and/or C++ development in a Linux environment
• Experience with Configuring build with Grandle/Maven
• CI/CD pipelines
• Agile or DevOps methodologies
• Atlassian tools
