Pay: $61.80/hr Shift/Hours: Onsite Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm We are seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager – Product & Industry to support two key program areas: Product Enablement and Product & Industry Certification (PIC). This role will partner closely with Program Managers to coordinate content development, manage enablement projects, and deliver high-quality training and certification materials for global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Enablement and PIC Program Managers in planning and executing enablement initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate programs and materials to address product and industry knowledge gaps.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and tracking using Asana.
• Monitor and support Subject Matter Expert (SME) participation in content development and ensure deadlines are met.
• Draft and distribute internal communications related to enablement and certification activities.
• Assist in preparing and delivering materials for major company events (e.g., Sales Kickoff, Trimble Dimensions, etc.).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Technical Enablement, or Sales Enablement.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a learning or enablement organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
• Experience with content creation or content management in a large company (5,000+ employees; software/tech preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable collaborating across global time zones (EMEA and APAC).
