Job Summary:
Manages the development and execution of the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Fellowship and Combined Peds/PMR Program's educational and administrative goals, objectives, and structures. Accreditation of the Combined Peds/PMR residency will involve regular collaboration with the Pediatrics Program and PM&R Program.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
Two (2) years of professional level experience supporting the educational mission of an academic unit or team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in higher education or an academic medical center.
Experience with medical education information management systems (e.g. New Innovations, Med Hub, Canvas, etc.).
Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other web conferencing software.
Professional program and/or project management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.
Demonstrated proficiency in implementing programs, assuring compliance with rules, regulations, and policies.
Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements at the program level.
Ability to exercise critical judgment and considerable initiative.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated, a fast learner and possess excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills.
