Project Controls Support Specialist

As a Project Controls Support specialist, you will work with the Project Controls team as you support cost controls on a variety of projects. This role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project costs, ensuring that all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor subconsultant costs against budgets to identify potential cost impacts.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Report to Project Controls Manager and collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cost control procedures and processes.
• Review and validate invoices and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost control.

This is a non-exempt hourly paid position. This position will be opened for at least 3 days.

* HS Diploma, or equivalent

* At least 3-5 years of experience in cost control support functions

* Proficiency in cost control software and tools

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ideally you'll also have:

• Preferred Bachelors degree in Business, or related
