Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary clerical liaison for all patient interactions. Contact patients regarding lab/test results and care plan updates per RN/MD direction. Schedule lab draws, office visits, and urgent studies/tests as requested. Manage incoming calls and in-office triage with professionalism and empathy. Handle completion and processing of patient-requested forms (e.g., DOT physicals, FMLA, disability, cardiac clearance). Maintain and review patient records, charts, and documentation. Assist with non-urgent message handling and follow-up. Forward results to primary care physicians and other authorized parties. Prepare and send outpatient testing orders to appropriate facilities.

Required Skills

Reception and front desk operations. Administrative and clerical support. Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency. Customer service and phone etiquette. Ability to manage multi-line telephone systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience (retail or administrative). High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare clinic front desk setting. Familiarity with NextGen EMR system. Bilingual communication skills (a plus).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
