This business position is a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Driver License procedures and policies and is responsible for maintenance of the Driver License Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual. This position communicates procedure and policy changes to driver license office staff and serves as the primary point of contact for staff needing assistance with statutes, rules, procedures, and policies.
The position assists in all functions related to Driver License Section procedures, policies, and data reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Analyst is responsible for Driver License information analysis, research, and project implementation, and assist with project testing. This position is responsible for assisting with compiling data and information for evaluation, creating reports pursuant to legislative requests, and detailing potential outcomes of legislative implementation to the Driver License Section. They participate in the creation and maintenance of Rules and Regulations related to the Driver License Section.
This remote position is currently tasked with performing work duties via flex-place (aka telework, work-from home arrangements) with as needed on-site visits with client groups as well as periodic work at the assigned primary physical work address.
