Bilingual Phone Service Representative

We're looking for a friendly, solutions-focused professional who has call center customer service experience to join our team. In this role, you'll connect with members over the phone, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide an exceptional customer service experience in both English and Spanish. A day in the life as a Bilingual Phone Service Representative:

• Responsible for providing services to English and Spanish speaking members via phone by providing accurate account or card information and cross sell beneficial credit union products/services while maintaining member accounts.

What we are looking for:

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of similar or related experience preferred. Related experience can include previous experience in banking/financial industries, call center, support representative or previous customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM -12:30 PM

Salary Range:

• $21.10- $23.94 per hour (This position is eligible for an additional $1 per hour bilingual pay differential)

Location:

• Lakewood, CO Candidates must be based in Colorado. This role requires working onsite for the first 90 days. After that, remote work may be available based on performance and business needs.
