Our facility in Littleton, CO seeks a Manufacturing Support Team Member Associate II (Assembly, Test, and Launch Services Planner) to join our mission.

As a member of the Assembly, Test, and Launch Services (ATLS) group for the Production Planning & Control team, you will be part of the planning team responsible for collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Programs, and test lab leadership to ensure a steady flow of products through the test lab and delivery to our customers. This is a high-volume test environment that processes a variety of products per day/week/month. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working numerous challenges needing to be solved in a timely manner, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your planning, communication, presentation, and budget skills as interaction with multiple business areas will further develop your career and skillsets. To be successful you should be familiar with planning, have strong analytical problem-solving skills, and have experience with conflict resolution. This role will require you to be organized, have exceptional attention-to-detail, and be a self-starter.

Our level 2 employees typically have 3-6 years of experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in one or multiple of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Material Resource Planning (MRP), Operational Support Functions (including but not limited to quality support, shop floor management, logistics coordinator)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in one or multiple of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Material Resource Planning (MRP)
• Experience working in a high-volume testing environment
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP and/or experience working with Microsoft Project software and/or Open Plan
• Training / Certifications (e.g. APEX, APICS, Six Sigma Green Belt)
• Experience with Government Products
• Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing executive, leaders, and customers
• Experience engaging with cross-functional teams including Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, Quality, Production Leads, Supply Chain process owners, and Program Engineering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Ability to work independent of direct supervision
• Proven ability to proactively identify and drive change
• Proactive communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
• Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
• Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
