Tackle service calls, diagnose issues fast, and present solutions that close. Install/repair fixtures, water heaters (gas, electric, tankless), disposals, softeners, and more. Handle drain and sewer cleaning in all environments. Keep job sites clean, collect payment, and deliver top-tier customer service.

What you bring:

Journeyman license 5+ years service plumbing experience. Strong communication and customer-facing skills. Proven ability to sell services and build trust. Valid driver's license.

We'll help you level up:

Company-paid 12-week training program. We provide your van, phone, tablet, major tools — you bring basic hand tools. Backflow, OSHA-10, and excavation certifications supported.

Why this job pays:

Weekly pay + separate commission + mileage (paid from home). $0.70/mile reimbursement. Earn $60K–$200K+ depending on performance. Referral bonuses (3% commission) $25 per positive Google review. Overtime at 1.5× weekly production.

Work environment:

Residential & commercial service work. 1st-shift, 8-hour days between 7 AM–8 PM. On the road all day, clocking in from your driveway.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
