Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the enterprise-wide Contact Center environment by designing, developing, and implementing advanced contact center solutions aimed at enhancing both customer and agent experiences. Key responsibilities include the development and deployment of standardized technical frameworks to ensure environmental stability, the implementation of voice application solutions to address critical business requirements, and strategic consultation with internal stakeholders regarding contact center technologies. The incumbent will provide expert-level support for complex technical challenges and lead the creation of comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural frameworks, strategic project plans, engineering design specifications, and operational protocols. This individual contributor is primarily responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into software solutions, for assisting in contributing to and leveraging the technical direction for the development of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions, and for providing consultation to help ensure new and existing software solutions are developed.
