Inside Sales Representative --- Building Kits & Wall Panels

Location: Colorado | Part-Time (24hrs) with potential for Full-Time

We're seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Inside Sales Representative to support customers through every stage of the building kit purchase process. If you enjoy helping people bring their projects to life and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. We do work with the construction side, but rather work closely with general contractors that handle all labor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead Management
    • Respond to inquiries from homeowners, contractors, and developers
    • Qualify leads based on scope, budget, and timeline
    • Maintain organized CRM records and maintain strong communication (CRM software)
    • Deliver approximate quotes in company standard timelines
  • Quoting & Proposals
    • Use company tools to prepare approximate & accurate quotes
    • Review architectural plans for compatibility with all other outsourced designs
    • Review & customize provided quotes from estimators to cater to your customer & enter into estimate software
    • Process change orders
    • Work with customer in each phase/cycle
  • Product Support
    • Explain kit components, code compliance, and energy-efficient options
    • Help customers compare models and choose the best fit
  • Order Coordination
    • Confirm specs, delivery timelines, and payment terms with internal teams
    • Ensure order accuracy and complete documentation
    • Prepare customer packets for building kits
  • Customer Relationships
    • Serve as the main point of contact from inquiry to post-sale
    • Communicate proactively to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with estimating, drafting, production, purchasing, and sales
    • Participate in team meetings and trainings
    • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
    • Perform related tasks and support additional company initiatives as needed

Other duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales, some estimating, or construction-related customer service (preferred)
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, CRM systems, or quoting tools (a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping customers build
