Global Operational Excellence Lead

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for deploying and enhancing the existing framework within the local manufacturing facility. The role focuses on delivering improvements in cost, quality, service, and workforce management.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and mature existing frameworks within the manufacturing facility.
  • Deliver improvements in cost, quality, service, and workforce management.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices across the organization.
  • Engage with senior leadership, including VP-level individuals, to drive change initiatives.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a process, industrial, or manufacturing engineer.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Training in Lean or other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leadership.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Desire and ability to travel one week per month.
  • Flexibility for a hybrid work schedule if based in Colorado.
  • Capability to work remotely with increased travel requirements to Colorado.

Work Environment:

The position involves working with a global team with potential remote options for the right candidate. The role requires up to one week of travel per month. The work environment is fast-paced and involves interacting with senior-level executives, requiring professional and polished communication.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Lakewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00/yr.
