Chief Administrative And Transformation Officer

Responsible for enterprise leadership, development, and execution of Catalyst's or its client's business operations across all areas of the organization. Lead the business and spearhead the transformation for the company and its clients. Provide strategic insight to Catalyst's and its clients' President, CEO, Board, Investors & Partners, as well as other CXOs, on the Target Operating Model, current business performance and action plans on driving transformation and turnaround. Manage key stakeholder relationships with CEO, CFO, CHRO, CIO, CTO, BU Presidents, Functional S/VPs, Ops Leaders, and business ops. Lead value creation, capture and identify/execute transformation opportunities at the client organization. Lead change and global transformation, drive innovation, and commercialize new ideas. Guide program initiatives that bridge multiple functions and business units globally. Req: Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, management, finance, or accounting or related field (will accept either a 4 or 3-year degree); 5 years of experience in similar duties involving large global corporations including private equity portfolio management, target operating model design, cloud automation/ERP implementation, Lean Six Sigma driven transformation, and consolidation/acquisition divestures; domestic or international travel required once or twice a month; may work at various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.; telecommuting or work from home is permissible. Salary: $270,000 - $270,000/yr.
