What You'll Do

• As a Financial Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our investors, guiding them through:
• Account transactions like purchases, redemptions, and exchanges
• Online account navigation and troubleshooting
• Decision-making support based on their financial goals

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 1+ year in a customer service role (retail, food service, etc.)
• Career-minded with a strong work ethic and ambition to grow
• Excellent problem-solving and resourcefulness
• Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented

Nice-to-Haves:

• College degree or equivalent experience

Career Path & Paid Training

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
