As a Facilities Support Tech, you will be responsible for providing expeditious and appropriate responses to alarms and emergency/non-emergency conditions at all times and will monitor surveillance systems, violation alarms on the card access system. The position is responsible for monitoring all life safety and medical alarms; maintains logs and reports used to record pertinent information related to all situations. The Facilities Support Tech will operate personal computers, answer multiple incoming lines, perform data entry and retrieval of information retained in computerized databases, operate a switchboard console, pagers and various communications equipment. We ask that all applicants must be prepared to work changing workloads and/or rotating shifts. Versatility as a dispatcher is required.
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Switchboard/multi line phones experience
- HS/GED required
- Physical Requirements-Sedentary work (prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Pay Range $18.00 - $24.62 /hour. We are an equal opportunity employer.
