This position assists in the implementation of the Individual Program Plan for each client living at the Regional Center. This involves administering formal and informal programs within the scope of practice based on in-service training and providing for and teaching self-help skills with a training approach. The position interacts with individuals in developing social skills, recreational activities, and transportation requirements. This position is involved with medical emergencies, behavioral challenges, and other duties as assigned.
