Dishwasher Position

Duties:

  • Push food carts to elevator and deliver to patient areas
  • Return food carts to kitchen
  • Wash dishware and trays using the dish machine
  • Document dish machine temperatures after each meal service
  • Clean work area and collect/place garbage in compactor
  • Inform Supervisor of supply or equipment needs
  • Report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 13 months of related experience/training preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shift
  • Physical ability to push carts, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks
  • Team player with good communication and reliability

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in hospital or healthcare kitchen setting
  • Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment

Wage: $15.00 - $17.83 per hour

Shifts: 1st (Days), 2nd (Swing)

Job Site: La Junta, CO
