Take the lead in delivering high-impact hospitality. As the Director of Dining Services, you'll oversee day-to-day food operations at a single-site dining account, managing a talented team and ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for our clients and guests. This role offers stable, weekday hours and the opportunity to lead a well-rounded foodservice program in a dynamic corporate dining setting. You'll lead with autonomy, impact your team's success, and contribute to a food-forward culture committed to innovation and excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations for a robust corporate dining program serving breakfast, lunch, catering, micro-market, and a complimentary coffee service.
• Direct and develop a team of hourly and salaried associates while fostering a culture of service, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to plan and execute diverse, appealing menus and ensure top-tier food presentation and safety.
• Ensure a seamless, guest-focused experience with a Monday–Friday schedule, with no travel required.
• Monitor all financial aspects of the account, including budget development, forecasting, and full P&L management.
• Launch and support new culinary initiatives and service innovations in alignment with client goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality.
• Experience in Food Service Contract Management preferred.
• High-volume food production and catering expertise strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver financial accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching.
• Local candidates who are within a reasonable commute to work location.
