Deposit Support Representative
As the first point of contact for customers, the Deposit Support Representative provides friendly, efficient service both in person and over the phone. This role supports the branch by assisting customers with everyday banking needs, answering questions, and providing teller line coverage when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and assist with account questions and services
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately
- Provide teller support during busy times or shift changes
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all bank policies and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills
- Cash-handling experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, email)
- Attention to detail and reliability
What We Offer:
- Pay: $17.00 -- $18.00 per hour. A candidate with proven experience may be able to secure higher compensation.
