The Meals on Wheels Data Support Assistant is responsible for program support functions including but not limited to; daily route sheet management, data entry, reporting, record-keeping, systems management, and providing administrative support to the Meals on Wheels Department and the Aging & Nutrition Services Division.

Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience. Two years' experience in an office/ administrative environment. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance. Own transportation, valid Colorado driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Keyboarding skills of 40 W.P.M. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven track record of managing data projects from conception to completion, including data migration and system upgrades. Strong computer skills with proficiency Excel Formulas. Ability to work with diverse issues, sensitive to senior issues and concerns.
Attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational skills. Strong oral and communication skills. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. Poise and diplomacy when in contact with partnered agencies, clients, donors, other service providers and all regulatory agencies and funding sources.
