Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of a contract Receptionist/Customer Service Representative for a moving company in Centennial, CO! The ideal candidate will support operations throughout the summer, and fill-in at the front desk one day per week while working the remaining days in a call center environment. This person will answer 20-40 incoming calls daily and assist with scheduling customers!

Job Highlights

• Answer general questions from customers' incoming calls
• Schedule services and coordinate appointments
• Greet incoming customers for 'will-call' purchases (moving supplies)
• Navigate software systems to ensure visibility throughout the organization (Operations, Sales and Customer Service)
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams
• Use MS Outlook and text communication platforms to communicate internally

What We Look For

• 2+ years' of customer service/call center, administrative or sales experience
• Attention to detail, problem solving mentality and critical thinking skills
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating multiple software platforms
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• The ability to solve problems on the fly
