Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is one of the largest and most successful suppliers of industrial compressed air and vacuum systems with nearly 7,000 employees worldwide. Our primary goal is providing exceptional customer service coupled with innovative products and progressive system solutions. We specialize in evaluating each customer's application and providing the most energy efficient and effective air system solution. We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for our Denver Branch.

The selected candidate will:

• Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
• Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
• Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
• Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.

The successful candidate's background will include:

• Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
• High school diploma
• Good communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• SAP experience preferred

Kaeser offers a competitive pay, $65,000-$95,000 to commensurate with experience, in addition to an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, profit sharing, and 401(k) plan.
