Asic Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ASIC layout designer for a 6-9 month project focused on redesigning a TSMC chip. This role requires proficiency in analog and mixed signal layout design, utilizing essential tools like Cadence. Responsibilities include redesigning a TSMC chip as part of a new project, utilizing Cadence for ASIC layout design, conducting verification and extraction processes, employing Mentor Graphics and design management tools, and focusing on mixed signal layout with an emphasis on analog design.

Essential skills include a minimum of 7 years of experience in RF/Analog/Mixed Signal layout design, proficiency in broadband RF/high-speed layout and sensitive RF analog matching, experience with parasitic minimization and multiple foundry processes, and skilled in efficient chip, block, and cell floor planning. Strong understanding of electromigration, well-proximity effects, and differential pairs is also required.

Additional skills and qualifications include experience with Python programming, knowledge of PDKs and common-centroid matching, and experience in current mirrors and signal path optimization.

Work alongside a team of 3-5 engineers. The ideal candidate will work in the office 3 days a week, with flexibility for 1 day in the office for the right candidate.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Louisville, CO. The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
