The Administrative Service Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative and customer service support to patients, families, internal team members and providers. The Administrative Services Coordinator (ASC) will be primarily responsible for scheduling and managing complex cardiac catheterization procedural scheduling. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to our interventional faculty within the Heart Institute. This position plays a key role in supporting procedural scheduling, clinical operations, education, and faculty effectiveness within a nationally recognized pediatric heart program. This position is hybrid and requires 50% on-site presence at our Anschutz Medical Campus.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complex scheduling while balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, or graduate medical education is preferred, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting excellent patient care and education.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of administrative and/or customer service experience is required. Equivalency: A relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis. Certification(s): None Licensure(s): None
Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Hourly Range: $22.20 to $33.30
