Job Summary:
This position is located in the Adult and Child Center for Outcomes Research and Delivery Science (ACCORDS) and will work on clinical research projects located in the Colorado Program for Patient Centered Decisions (CPPCD), under the supervision of Daniel D. Matlock, MD, MPH and Kate Noonan, MSW.
Responsibilities for the position include support in the administration, implementation, and reporting of patient-oriented investigations conducted to help improve medical decision making. Activities will include recruiting and interviewing patients, gathering data, developing data reports, editing manuscripts, and coordinating logistics for studies related to medical decision-making. The RSP will work in varied capacities to provide support for existing and future research projects of the CPPCD. This work often requires collaboration with various study sites, research team members, interaction with patients and their families, communication with doctors and nurses, and communication with the study team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and strong interpersonal skills needed to work with key partners in the community and at participating practices.

Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The above hiring range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
