The Marcus Institute for Brain Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a full-time licensed Neuropsychologist who will work within the interdisciplinary team. The responsibilities of this position focus on direct patient care.
The Neuropsychologist will serve as an independent healthcare provider of clinical psychology and clinical neuropsychology with specialized knowledge in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury and behavioral health comorbidities. The rehabilitation neuropsychologist will use psychological, neurological, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological principles, techniques, and tests to evaluate patients' cognitive, behavioral, and emotional strengths and weaknesses and their relationship to normal and abnormal central nervous system functioning. These data will be utilized for differential diagnosis, treatment planning, and team consultation and collaboration. In addition, the neuropsychologist will provide interventions to assist the patients with adapting and adjusting.

The Marcus Institute for Brain Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is a clinical care and research institute for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and associated physical and physiological health conditions such as post-traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety. The primary focus of the MIBH is to care for Veterans, active-duty, and first responders who have sustained mild to moderate TBI and are experiencing ongoing neurological problems and cognitive, physical, and behavioral conditions.
