The Center for Psychedelic Research at CU Denver seeks a highly qualified and experienced non-tenure track Lecturer to support a comprehensive training program for psychedelic-assisted services facilitators. The Lecturer will assist the Lead Instructor in facilitating class sessions and discussions, conducting activities, and providing support with grading assignments. This role requires a strong understanding of the ethical considerations and practical aspects of psychedelic-assisted services, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Appointments will be part-time (less than 50%) and will be made semester-by-semester, depending on the needs of the program and subject to budgetary approval.

Substitution: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Psychology, Counseling, Social work, Nursing, or related discipline and two additional years of professional experience in a mental health or related setting may substitute for the Masters degree.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $2,250 per one non-credit, 8-week Center for Psychedelic Research course. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
