(Senior) HR Business Partner

Location: Hamburg, Germany

We are looking for you for an internal development to the next possible time as (Senior) HR Business Partner in Hamburg.

You will act as a business partner on an equal footing and work closely with the managers as well as the management of the business units to generate a positive contribution to the company's success. You will act for your defined care area independently and coordinate the area-specific topics with the respective Business Unit Lead. In your role, you will report directly to the Director People & Culture DACH.

You will integrate into a first-class, experienced, and motivated People & Culture DACH team with exciting future-oriented topics. You have the opportunity to independently process the tasks entrusted to you and to expand your existing knowledge accordingly.

Your essential tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Strategic advice and support of the management, e.g. in the topics of performance & talent management, employee development, succession planning
• Implementation and execution of cross-sectional and nationwide projects (e.g. conception & development of Talent Development Center)
• Accompaniment of the business units in organizational and strategic change processes
• Stakeholder management (e.g. constructive cooperation with the works council and the associated bodies)
• Point of contact for labor law issues and questions

Your professional and personal qualifications:

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on personnel/human resources
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international corporate environment or in comparable structures
• Experience in working with the works council
• High motivation (the "drive") as well as solution-orientation
• Quick comprehension, high reliability and excellent communication skills
• Digital product affinity, ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Fluent German and fluent English
