Join an agile international team of product owners and UX designers to create innovative consumer offerings that elevate the user experience within our Chronic Care program. In this senior role, you will drive product initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business objectives.

Ambitious digital and technology agenda at the center of Coloplast's new 5-year strategy Coloplast, one of the world's leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing. We call this 'Impact through technology', and to deliver on the ambitious targets, we will be looking for 40+ new colleagues for our Digital, Data & IT organization over the next 18 months. Empower international teams to deliver scalable digital solutions You will join eCommerce & Digital Products within our DD&IT organization and lead international development teams consisting of 8-10 people. As a true partner to the business, you will set the direction for creating the best possible user experience, leveraging user testing and data insights while aligning efforts with our corporate strategy.

As we support more than 50 markets, you will continuously work on finding solutions that not only fit a specific market but can be applied globally. You will also champion agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and accessibility best practices within the team and across the organization.

More specifically, you will:

  • Define and communicate a clear digital product vision and strategy that aligns with our overall mission and commercial strategy
  • Conduct user research and data-driven analysis, gathering feedback to understand customer pain points and needs
  • Implement changes that enhance the user experience and overall satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Oversee the ongoing development and governance of our Design System for web, and align with our mobile design system to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all channels

You will be based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark, and can expect to travel around 30-40 days per year.

Skilled in building stakeholder relationships and ensuring accessibility With a strong foundation in accessibility and UX design, you can identify and prioritize user needs to create value-driven solutions and implement cohesive design systems.

You also have excellent stakeholder management skills and can lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, facilitating collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned on product goals.

Additionally, we are looking for you to bring:

  • Senior product management experience and a passion for good design, polished products, and building fact-based products to establish visible and achievable results
  • Strong communication skills – you can present the central issues of a discussion in a clear, fluent, and precise manner that makes it easy for your audience to understand
  • Experience building stakeholder models and a demonstrated ability to establish followership
  • Experience creating and developing new, innovative ideas to drive commercial and customer value at a digital-savvy global or regional company – preferably combined with consultancy experience
