The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing. Empower international teams to deliver scalable digital solutions You will join eCommerce & Digital Products within our DD&IT organization and lead international development teams consisting of 8-10 people. As a true partner to the business, you will set the direction for creating the best possible user experience, leveraging user testing and data insights while aligning efforts with our corporate strategy.
As we support more than 50 markets, you will continuously work on finding solutions that not only fit a specific market but can be applied globally. You will also champion agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and accessibility best practices within the team and across the organization.
More specifically, you will:
You will be based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark, and can expect to travel around 30-40 days per year.
Skilled in building stakeholder relationships and ensuring accessibility With a strong foundation in accessibility and UX design, you can identify and prioritize user needs to create value-driven solutions and implement cohesive design systems.
You also have excellent stakeholder management skills and can lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, facilitating collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned on product goals.
