Join our global operations excellence team on a mission to boost productivity across Coloplast's manufacturing sites. You will partner with senior leadership in Global Operations, the program steering committee and program track leads to translate our digital innovation strategy into action.

Operations Excellence – a core muscle within Global Operations You will join a recently established Operations Excellence team working at the heart of our 2030 strategy. Our mission is to enhance scalability and productivity at our manufacturing sites worldwide – from Hungary to Costa Rica.

Focusing on digitalisation as an integral part of our operations excellence transformation, you will be instrumental in aligning and driving cross-functional teams toward progress and transparency. You will do so with an end-to-end perspective of the supply chain and our global operations.

Achieve transformation benefits and ensure people engagement As a program manager, you will oversee and manage the business aspects of our digital program, and an essential part of your role will be to translate strategy into execution planning. You will continuously engage in conversations with track leaders to discuss progress, next steps, risks, possibilities and trade-offs related to business needs.

Through your active approach to program management, you will set direction, ensure transparency and foster strong relationships with stakeholders in Global Operations. As a participant in the program steering committee, you will continuously provide benefits progress updates, as well as elevate and facilitate critical trade-off scenario decision-making.

You will also:

  • Lead the creation of trade-off and implementation scenarios via program tracks
  • Execute change plans with support teams (HR, Communication, etc.) and manage budget at the program level
  • Challenge goals and timings and track milestone adherence
  • Assess performance and align resources
  • Monitor progress to validate deliverables and benefit realization
  • Identify and resolve delivery issues across tracks, including escalation of risk mitigation to the program steering committee

Delivering results, fostering strong connections and influencing change You will need a strong enterprise understanding combined with excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication and change leadership skills. Your experience stems from leading digital transformation programs across high-volume, high-complexity and multi-site business environments.

Ideally, you have worked with end-to-end flows that include deliverables from functions such as distribution, supply chain, procurement and manufacturing sites – as well as enabling functions such as quality, regulatory affairs, compliance and business support.

Additionally, you bring:

  • Extensive experience in program management of strategic initiatives with at least 3 years of experience running large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • A proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across business domains and teams – from inception to completion
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing without authority
  • A strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business transformation
  • Strong application-level knowledge of program and project management methods such as Half Double, Agile, Kanban and Waterfall

Finally, a change management certification (e.g. PROSCI, ACMP) is a plus.
