Shape ideas into reality with design, prototypes, and innovation As a Concept Developer, you'll work in cross-functional teams during the early phases of innovation, typically across 1–2 projects at a time. You'll drive both the mechanical engineering and industrial design aspects of product development—crafting form and function into manufacturable solutions.

Your work will include:

• Driving the mechanical engineering or industrial design aspects of early-phase product development—crafting solutions that balance function, form, and feasibility
• Creating and iterating on prototypes to explore and validate ideas
• Applying new technologies and materials to define product form, enhance usability, and push the boundaries of what's possible
• Translating user insights into tangible design directions with clear rationale
• Supporting the development of production processes in collaboration with material specialists, pilot plant, and process teams
• Documenting design intent, test results, and development progress to ensure traceability and alignment

Furthermore, the role will put your team player skills into play and require you to lead conversations, guide design direction, and collaborate across disciplines.

Critical thinker with a track record of solving complex problems

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related field—ideally with a focus on sustainability, materials, or human-centered design
• Experience in environments that encourage creative and out-of-the-box thinking
• A strong sense of form-factor and the ability to balance functionality and aesthetics
• Ability to interpret user pain points and visualize concepts with thoughtful rationale
• Familiarity with design thinking and iterative development processes
• Experience with 3D CAD, injection molding, and volume production is a plus
• Fluent in English
