Shape ideas into reality with design, prototypes, and innovation As a Concept Developer, you'll work in cross-functional teams during the early phases of innovation, typically across 1–2 projects at a time. You'll drive both the mechanical engineering and industrial design aspects of product development—crafting form and function into manufacturable solutions.
