We are looking for a person with the following characteristics:

• Good data skills and experience with various IT systems
• Able to handle various inquiries over the phone
• Structured and precise
• Collaborate in the team to optimize the customer's positive experience
• Can effectively express themselves in Norwegian and English

Qualifications:

The person we seek has an interest in driving customer service work, including effective and personalized guidance to customers, both by phone with incoming and outgoing calls and by email. We are looking for someone with good data skills and experience with various IT systems. You are structured and precise in the execution of administrative tasks, and you can handle updates in the CRM system as well as contribute to effective complaint handling.

You have an inner drive and joy in helping other people. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have experience from service activities. You should have an interest in health and medical products, but it is not a prerequisite to know our products from before as thorough training will be given after starting.

• Incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Follow up on inquiries on chat and email
• Updates in the CRM system and handling of complaints
• Support and help colleagues
• Various administrative tasks
