Do you want to turn data into real-world change — standing next to the machines, not behind a screen? And are you ready to travel the world while improving life for people with intimate health needs? Join a global team on a mission to boost productivity across Coloplast's manufacturing sites. From Hungary to Costa Rica, you will be part of shaping how we work tomorrow – while learning from our results today. This role will take you travelling for 2-3 months at a time – initially to Hungary.
Operations Excellence – a core muscle within Global Operations As part of Coloplast's Global Operations, you will join a newly established Operations Excellence team working at the heart of our 2030 strategy. Our mission is to increase scalability and productivity at our manufacturing sites across the world – from Hungary to Costa Rica. More specifically, you will be a part of an agile team that has a mix of colleagues from your own team as well as other divisions. Together, you will work with on-site, local colleagues across the globe to implement smarter ways of working.
You turn insights into action – right where the work happens Together with your two colleagues, you will travel from site to site – across Hungary, Costa Rica and Portugal (for now) – to boost productivity and unlock the full potential of our manufacturing setup. You will work closely with local teams on the shop floor, using data to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and measure impact.
Our first aim is to optimise the output from our manufacturing machinery – we begin with our two Hungarian sites.
You get a wide range of responsibilities, as you: • Translate complex production data into actionable insights for both operators and senior leaders • Visualise value streams and performance trends in clear, compelling ways – often using tools like Power BI and Excel • Collaborate closely with site teams to identify inefficiencies, test solutions, and track improvements • Contribute to continuously shaping how the setup works, based on learnings from each site
You will be on the move for longer periods of time – typically working on-site in 8–12-week project "sprints". When not being on the production floor, you will have time to reflect, refine and prepare.
This is a new setup with the immense power to change how we work in the future – and a setup constructed so that we can learn from each rotation. And as I see it, each mistake we discover is a gift because it gives us an opportunity to learn – and to create a whole culture centred around learning," says Hella Roashan, Vice President Operations Excellence.
You are data-savvy, analytical, hands-on – and ready to go global You might be early in your career, but you are already curious, driven and eager to learn. You enjoy digging into data, but also stepping onto the production floor to see what is really going on. You thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments – and you are motivated by making a real impact, fast.
We furthermore imagine that you bring: • A relevant background in engineering, business or similar – with solid analytical skills • Experience working with data, including tools like Excel and Power BI • The ability to translate data into tangible actions – as well as visually appealing presentations • Great collaboration skills and cultural awareness – you will be working closely with teams across the globe • The ability to act, learn, adjust and move forward
