Account Manager für den klinischen Krankenhausvertrieb (m/w/d) Großraum Dortmund, Münster, Kassel

Your tasks:

  • Analysis and expansion of your sales area based on market potentials, needs, and competitive structures
  • Acquisition of new hospital locations, departments, and decision-makers (e.g., respiratory therapy, senior nursing, purchasing, physicians) for TRACOE and Provox products
  • Creation and implementation of individual customer strategies including annual business and action plans
  • Systematic processing of leads, projects, and opportunities as well as maintenance of the CRM as the central control instrument
  • Conducting structured requirement analyses with customers to recommend optimal product solutions and therapy concepts
  • Planning and conducting product trainings
  • Preparation, conduct, and conclusion of price and condition negotiations with hospitals
  • Ensuring a smooth product onboarding including user training, documentation, and feedback loops
  • Ongoing analysis of trends, clinical guidelines, G-BA decisions, and competitive activities to develop the regional sales strategy
  • Active participation in congresses, workshops, trade fairs, and regional specialist events to strengthen brand presence and network

Your profile:

  • Completed training in the healthcare sector preferably with further education as a respiratory therapist or a comparable medical qualification
  • Experience in the sales of medical products or a high affinity for technical and clinical topics
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital sales or in the sales of complex medical products - ideally with a connection to intensive care medicine
  • Strong communication and consulting skills as well as confident behavior towards decision-makers
  • Competence in strategic area and account planning, including potential analysis and derivation of action plans
  • Ability to present complex medical content comprehensibly to different decision-making groups
  • Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
  • Solution-oriented thinking and a high willingness to travel
  • Routine in handling CRM systems and MS Office
  • Good English skills
