As a customer service representative at Colly Flowtech, you will work with quotations, delivery monitoring, and order management. You will work daily in our ERP system Monitor and be in contact with many of our other departments such as purchasing, sales, and production. You will support all departments and work towards high customer satisfaction and delivery reliability. The role also requires a certain technical interest and a willingness to get involved in our products, not least our own-manufactured diaphragm pumps in Jönköping. You will have direct contact with our customers in the Nordic countries and suppliers globally and represent Colly Flowtech.
You will become a part of our operational department, a team of four colleagues who work together on customer service, purchasing, and technical support. Two of us are based in Jönköping, where we are a total of eight people divided into finance, customer service, technical support, production, warehouse, and service. Together we form a cohesive and solution-oriented team that collaborates closely to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
