This position is for a 6-month Customer Service Administrator contract role based in Vancouver, BC

About This Role

Do you thrive under pressure? Do you live to provide memorable customer service experiences? Your ability to be responsive and follow procedures, while always seeking creative solutions when unique situations arise, does not go unnoticed. You work well with cross-functional teams, handling administrative components such as employee onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting, and work order audits, as well as supporting the National Service Centre team.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to support the revision of property data and workflows, and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Onboarding/offboarding of new hires and departures
  • Provide support to the Customer Service Specialists, Program Coordinator, Business Systems Analyst, and the Team Lead
  • Perform work order audits
  • Must be flexible with working hours within (M-F) to fit the business needs

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years related work experience in a business or office environment
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task and work under pressure with minimal supervision/direction
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Requires an excellent customer service approach to handle daily interactions with both internal staff and external tenants
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Data entry experience is an asset
  • Bilingual in French is an asset
  • A basic knowledge and understanding of real estate is desirable

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $45,000.00 to $51,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
