Analyst, Valuation & Advisory Services

This position is an Analyst, Valuation & Advisory Services role based out of our New Brunswick – Moncton and/or Fredericton Office. This is a remote role.

In this role, you will…

  • Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches and surveys.
  • Collect and organize market and property data.
  • Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.
  • Ability to perform thorough market research and engage with market participants.

What you'll bring

  • Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your AACI designation.
  • Minimum 3 years in Real Estate Valuation
  • An undergraduate degree.
  • An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Argus is an asset.
