✨ About The Role
- Responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities to target non-technical accounts for SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to support the sales team's success
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 3 years in sales, including at least 1 year in sales management within the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of successfully hiring and building a new Sales Development team from the ground up
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, preferably in an early-stage startup
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
