✨ About The Role
- Responsible for generating qualified leads, prospecting, and scheduling discovery calls with influential decision-makers
- Engage potential customers using outbound prospecting methods like cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation efforts and address the business needs of customers
- Maintain accurate documentation of leads, prospects, and activities in Salesforce
- Act as a customer advocate to influence product roadmap decisions based on customer and prospect feedback
⚡ Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, particularly in SaaS, with a track record of meeting and exceeding metrics expectations
- Proficient in cold calling and using sales tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and influence potential clients effectively
- Organized with attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation of leads and activities
- Located in New York City, able to work on-site Monday through Friday
