The operations associates will assist operations technicians with the preparation and execution of startup, changeovers, operations, and line shutdown. Also can support material handling, warehousing, and quality checks.
This position will have primary responsibility for executing the coordination of production materials, safety compliance, data collection, quality checks, maintaining 5S visual workplace, inventory (packaging materials and finished goods), and overall production support. The operations associate works within a structure that requires considerable interaction with others in the same production unit as well as other production units and support functions.
This is a 2nd shift position with regular working hours Monday - Friday, 3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. with occasional overtime on Saturdays.

Compensation and benefits: salary range $21.00 - $21.00 USD pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for executive-level roles. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/pto days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
