Objetivo Del Puesto: Gestionar y coordinar los procesos de reclutamiento, administración y desarrollo del personal, asegurando el cumplimiento eficaz de las políticas y procedimientos, la actualización de la información y el bienestar de los empleados.

Funciones Principales:

  • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personal bajo convenio colectivo.
  • Coordinar la realización de exámenes preocupacionales para todo el personal ingresante.
  • Controlar los vencimientos de contratos a plazo fijo y realizar las gestiones administrativas correspondientes.
  • Administrar en el sistema las altas, bajas y modificaciones del personal.
  • Preparar y controlar las novedades para la liquidación de sueldos, incluyendo el registro de horas extras y vacaciones.
  • Calcular premios por productividad de acuerdo a los indicadores establecidos.
  • Mantener actualizados los legajos y las bases de datos de empleados.
  • Gestionar el sistema de control de horario (Kronos) para el registro y seguimiento de la asistencia.
  • Elaborar indicadores y métricas de Recursos Humanos para el análisis de la gestión en planta.
  • Asegurar la actualización y correcta implementación de los procedimientos internos en los sistemas correspondientes.
  • Coordinar y promover programas de bienestar, así como eventos internos para el personal.
  • Participar activamente en iniciativas de inclusión y diversidad.
  • Preparar y realizar presentaciones corporativas sobre temas relacionados con Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos Para Aplicar:

  • Estudiante universitario cursando el último año o graduado de Ingeniería, Administración de empresas, Recursos Humanos o áreas relacionadas.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en recursos humanos o áreas administrativas.
  • Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado.
  • Excel Intermedio.
  • Suite de Google (Deseable)
  • Manejo avanzado de bases de datos, analytics (Deseable)

Este es un rol temporal por 6 meses.
