Scope of Responsibility: He/She will take responsibilities of ensuring operations data integrity, performance monitoring, resource optimization, and continuous improvement implementation across manufacturing efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Operations data integrity, performance KPIs reporting & documentation, tracking new product & new project performance.
• Implement industrial engineering processes & tools to support shop floor manpower/material/energy & expense management.
• Conduct data analysis & report to define performance issues and drive forward action plan implementation.
• Maintaining operations standards in terms of labor, material, speed, energy & other expenses' consumption. (finance)
• Support continuous improvement (CI) project coordination and implement system development roadmap.
