We are looking for a high-energy Business Analyst to join our GIT EMEA team. You will lead technology enablement for Data Acquisition, Marketing Automation and Omni-Channel Personalisation for Hill's EMEA across the pet and vet ecosystem. We aim to create a seamless, personalized digital experience that supports veterinarians in their practice and empowers pet parents in their journey. The Mission 1P CRM data acquisition and activation is a key strategic driver for Hill's EMEA. You will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world business value, working at the center of the Hill's EMEA team, as part of the Global IT team, to craft a world-class digital journey for vets and pet parents.
What You'll Do Master the Data Lifecycle: Maintain a deep, end-to-end understanding of data flows across the entire ecosystem. You will ensure that data moves seamlessly between platforms with zero loss, maintaining high integrity from ingestion to activation. Partner with Global Digital Applications teams to implement MarTech solutions across the entire professional and consumer journey. Partner with the Hill's EMEA team to drive acquisition, activation, and harmonization of first-party data to fuel hyper-personalized engagement. Empower Local Markets: You'll guide local markets on leveraging global platforms while ensuring their specific requirements are translated into technical reality. Partner with CRM Managers: Work hand-in-hand with CRM leads to translate strategic objectives into technical requirements, ensuring data, journeys, and campaigns are built for success. Be the Tech Ambassador: Translate "tech-speak" into business value, driving tool adoption and ensuring stakeholders are aligned and inspired. Safeguard the Experience: Lead regression testing across the ecosystem to ensure technical updates never compromise the user experience. Document & Train: Create the "source of truth" documentation and training materials to clarify roles and keep technical knowledge flowing across teams. Manage the Flow: Navigate agile projects with ease, managing multiple assignments without losing sight of the details.
Who You Are Marketing-Centric: You have a proven track record in Marketing, CRM and Media projects. You understand the "why" behind a campaign and how to speak the language of brand managers. Technical Specialist: You are hands-on with data modeling, complex analysis, and activation workflows. You don't just see data; you see the architecture required to move it. A Solutions Hunter: You don't just find bugs; you find better ways to work. You are self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and love to troubleshoot and experiment. A Master Communicator: You can explain a roadmap to a developer and a business case to a Director with equal clarity. Technically Sharp: You understand the "how" behind the "what," especially regarding data ingestion and harmonized ecosystems.
Your Toolkit Education: Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. Tech Literacy: Solid grasp of APIs, data modeling, data analysis, workflow and the digital marketing ecosystem. Agile Mindset: Proven track record of managing digital initiatives and technology enablement in an agile environment. Bonus Points For: A background in Email Marketing and activation strategy. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data360, Gigya (Customer Data Cloud), and Snowflake. Experience with CDP, Adobe Target, AEM, GA4 Experience with Clean rooms; Infosum, Liveramp, Amazon Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
